THE AQUATIC WAREHOUSE HAS RELOCATED!

After 14 years of trading at Culver Nurseries, Crews Hill, The Aquatic Warehouse Crews Hill branch has now closed.

However, we are currently making several improvements to our Hertford shop and are expanding our tropical and marine section by 70% so will have many more varieties of fish on display. All the fish and stock previously at Crews Hill have now been integrated into our Hertford shop and we are working hard to make it bigger and better than before!

Our shop in Hertford has been established for over 21 years. Please do come and visit us in Hertford, just 10 miles from our Crews Hill site. (See directions printed below or call us to find out the best way to get to us from your location).

DIRECTIONS FROM OUR SHOP PREVIOUSLY AT CREWS HILL:

 Turn right into Cattlegate Road, travel under the railway bridge

 At the end of the road, turn left into Northaw Road West, travel through the village of Northaw

 After 1.6 miles, turn right into Well Road, signposted Brookman’s Park

 At the T junction, turn right into Well Road, continue on to Shepherds’ Way

 Travel past Queenswood School on your left

 At the T junction/traffic lights, turn right to Hatfield

 Take the 1st right into Kentish Lane, signposted to Essendon, B158

 Travel through Essendon

 Turn left into Holwell Lane, signposted Hatfield, A414

 At the roundabout, turn right towards Hertford

 At the next roundabout, turn right into Birchall Lane, signposted Cole Green

 The Aquatic Warehouse is on the left, just past Fosters Pet & Garden Centre

A variety of fish arrive each week from China, Czechoslovakia, Indonesia, Japan, Nigeria, Malaysia, Peru, Singapore and South America, so there is always a wide and interesting selection available. There is plenty to see for both aquarium and pond fish-keepers as we have over 130 tropical and 21 marine livestock tanks with both popular and unusual species, 6 small invert tanks and two 6 foot coral tanks incorporating a live rock system.

We also have 33 cold-water pond vats housing a huge range of Koi carp and cold-water fish, including a section for Sturgeon. We are happy to source a particular species if it is not in stock.

To complement our livestock, we stock all the major brands of popular products, including Aquarian, Eheim, Hozelock, Oase, and Tetra.

We always have an extensive range of aquariums and cabinets on display, including tanks by Aqua One, biOrb, Den, Tetra and Juwel or we can build an aquarium to meet your specific requirements. Local delivery is available for a small charge.

Ponds: In addition, we stock a huge range of pre-formed ponds in all shapes and sizes, quality pond liners at attractive prices and an extensive stock of pond plants and water lilies. We offer a pond design and construction service and can give advice to help you to get the most out of your water garden. A seasonal pond cleaning and maintenance service is also available.

The Aquatic Warehouse hopes its customers will enjoy visiting again and again. We run a Privilege Card scheme which is completely FREE and entitles the holder to a 10% discount on all fish and plants.
